Job Description

This position is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

We are looking for a 2nd year or 3rd year student, or a first year graduate with expertise in API technology development to advise on linkage to current or new site for an established business. There will be some client meetings but work will mainly be remote.

The company is a trade locksmith / Industrial supplier of Safes, locks and security solutions. This project is an important activity for the future development and growth of the business and the possibility to continue with the business may be available to the successful candidate on completion of the placement.

Job Description

Part time placement: 100 hours in total

Integration project to investigate real time data into a front end application

  • Review of distributors API systems and alternative options

  • Feasibility study for appropriate application and Wordpress linkage  (connection of company to suppliers/distributors sites )

  • Recommendation report of options.

  • Handover of Knowledge.
