An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Operations & Data Management Consultant. This is a great opportunity to work within a small business with a global reach. This project will enable further growth for a business operating in one of the fastest growing sectors on the planet.

You will be supporting the business in implementing client management and engagement plans which will enable them to grow clients supplying equipment, training and consultancy to the global integrative healthcare and alternative therapy markets.

You will be learning about a global market which is expanding rapidly due to the growing awareness and appreciation of alternative and complimentary treatments and therapies.

The business is involved in influential research around the benefits of alternative therapies and treatments and is making groundbreaking breakthroughs in markets around the world including North America.

The business requires an ambitious student or two students working as a team, with an eye for detail, high levels of concentration and the ability and understanding of how to engage with existing and potential customers through the various on-line media channels available.


The successful candidate’s main duties will include:

  • Completing the research of the marketplace for the most appropriate open-sourced-on-line CRM (style) software systems for the business
  • Implementing chosen CRM and integrating into business, consulting and advising on configuration of system to optimise impact on efficiencies and opportunities
  • Ensuring existing date held by the business is imported into the new system effectively and without loss of data
  • Assisting in the training of the team in use of chosen CRM system (if time allows)

Person Specification:

  • Understanding of the legal requirement for managing data
  • Ability to understand how data can be managed effectively to improve decision making and efficiencies
  • Business improvement techniques/principles
  • Awareness of open source software and means to research
  • Project Management skills
  • Capacity and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively
  • Some degree of technical ability

This role requires a Final year or Masters student who seeks the opportunity to continue their learning and development with an ambitious and progressive global brand in a niche but growing market.
