Essential
1. Current Lancaster University student.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and project management skills
4. Reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable
1. Experience of research design.
2. Experience delivering focus groups and/or research interviews.
3. Ability to confidently handle quantitative and qualitative data.
4. Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, survey design software).
