Role & Department Overview

Please note: this internship is only available to current students registered on a degree scheme in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at Lancaster University.  If you apply for this role the information within your application will be shared with the recruiting organisation.

For the last 20 years, Reos has fostered multi-stakeholder collaboration to address many of the critical systemic issues of our time.

We are a global team, with offices in Johannesburg, Geneva, and Cambridge MA (USA).

We work with system convenors, leaders and institutions to co-create and implement tailored solutions that help them develop and embed strategies, align stakeholders, and take coordinated action towards their goals.

This internship is offered as part of the Social Enterprise in Residence Programme for Term 3.

This research role will support a third-term project on “Practicing Recognition, Restitution, and Reparation: Collectively redressing the past to repair the present and reimagine the future".

The distribution of hours across the third term will be variable.

It will involve some background research and preparation in May, ahead of the two-week residency in early June by visiting practitioner, Rebecca Freeth from Reos Partners. These first two weeks in May will likely involve more intensive engagement, including logistical support for a lecture and a workshop. Thereafter, there will be need for ongoing, but less intensive support to complete the collaboration between FHASS and Reos Partners.

Please submit a CV (maximum of two sides) and a Cover Letter (maximum one side) both tailored to the role.
