- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating engaging copy for online and print.
- Attention to detail, particularly in administration and data management.
- Experience with event coordination and support.
- Basic understanding of web content management or willingness to learn (e.g., updating web pages, creating content).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Interest in philanthropy and alumni engagement and its importance in a university setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative, marketing, or fundraising support role is desirable but not essential.
