Essential
- Technical knowledge of event equipment, including sound and lighting
- Current Lancaster University student continuing during the 2026/27 academic year
- Experience in supervising or leading a team of staff or volunteers, with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email communications
- Excellent customer service skills and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Highly organised and the ability to manage tasks with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to events, such as safe manual handling
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, including availability for evening, night and weekend shifts with a willingness to work popular events
- Passion for supporting high-quality events and experiences

- Full, clean driving license and willingness to drive work vehicles after an induction
