Enable CIC supports adults with any long-term health conditions (physical and mental) to empower them to gain a better quality of life through the delivery of self-management courses, health and wellbeing workshops, monthly focus group meetings and social gatherings several times a week.  They also offer one to one coaching sessions.

Enable CIC are a supportive community who promote individuals to develop their self-esteem, confidence, health management, ability to self-advocate and independence.  They balance support with professionally led and peer led sessions.

The Enable CIC Marketing & Digital Assistant intern will redesign their advertising and marketing tools and support the company to raise its profile. This would be aimed at looking at designing leaflets, course packages, newsletters.  These will then be agreed, created and shared with prospective funders or contractors such as the NHS and local doctor surgeries, large organisations, charities etc.

  • To design a newsletter format which can be changed regularly
  • To design a marketing package for courses and workshops we offer. Stating all courses available and costings
  • To design a leaflet which informs what they offer support wise to circulate in health settings
  • To work with directors to agree packages
  • To liaise with staff to create documents
  • To meet regularly face to face or online with directors and staff
  • To research design opportunities
