Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their home environment
  • Support with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition
  • Monitor and report any changes in the health or well-being of clients
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Follow care plans and work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the clients

Person Specification

Key Requirements:
  • English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Available for part-time or full-time work
  • Open to students 18+ (fresher candidates are welcome to apply)
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
