FASS (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences) Unibuddy ambassadors help prospective Lancaster University students feel confident in making choices about university.
Ambassadors provide information and share their perspective with people enquiring about Lancaster University.
Unibuddy is a platform used by the University through which prospective students can message current students directly with questions.
As a Unibuddy ambassador, you will have a profile image and short description about yourself available for enquirers to view.
You will manage your message inbox, responding to queries within 24 hours of receiving them.
This is a flexible role that fits well with a full schedule of studying and other part time work.
You will be notified when you receive a message on the platform and, if you receive no messages, there's no action required from you.
Typically, FASS Unibuddy ambassadors tend to receive one or two messages a week on average.
FASS is looking to recruit nine new ambassadors, one for each of the following subjects:
- Fine Art
- Film
- Theatre
- Design
- Criminology
- English Literature/Creative Writing

If you study a joint honours degree, you are welcome to apply if one of your subjects is in the above list.
