As L&D Administrator, you will be based at our Head Office in Lupton, just outside Kirkby Lonsdale. You will have responsibility for administrating the delivery and recording of the outstanding training we offer throughout the Group.
 

Your role

You’ll provide a range of support services for a whole cohort of leaders in Schools, Clinical Services and Head Office – working collaboratively with the Care Academy Administrator on supporting Children’s Homes. You’ll be comfortable in a busy environment at the centre of delivery, providing stakeholders with the detail they need to ensure that training is delivered effectively. This means creating calendars of training, booking staff on courses and managing and liaising with external providers. You’ll be responsible for maximising course attendance, managing delegate lists, keeping records and updating all the information surrounding our comprehensive training delivery. You’ll be at the centre of training delivery, always remaining focused as you problem-solve and work to strict deadlines.
