Get Work is a marketing platform that helps tradespeople find local customers and is developing its inbound marketing strategy to entice more tradespeople onto the platform. Find further information at: www.getwork.co.uk

To achieve further growth, the directors of the company have identified an exciting opportunity for a 140-hour internship placement, supporting the development and delivery of its content strategy.

Start Date: 18/05/2020 (though flexible around exam dates)
End Date: 13/07/2020

Working Hours: 140 hours across 10 weeks

Job Description

Get Work are looking for assistance to:

·         Plan and manage the company’s editorial calendar

·         Develop written content for the company’s target audience

·         Liaise with outsourcing partners to request media assets as required

·         Social media management on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter;

     o   Post content on each social media platform

     o   Engage with brand advocates, partners and potential customers

     o   Monitor feeds, trends, hashtags, competitors and online reputation

The 140-hour internship will be required to be delivered on site at the company’s premises in Lytham.

Office based with some remote working flexibility during delivery of the internship

Applicants who are interested in gaining experience in a growing marketing company; in the areas of content and social media marketing are encouraged to apply.

Early summer internship from May onwards to fit in with course and exam commitments – 140 hours to be delivered over a maximum of 10 weeks timescale availability to deliver to be discussed in interview.
